Today we saw Obama
We got to the cinema at 9:00 AM and ate lunch a little bit later
When we left, we went into the place where we would see him speak
There were no more seats in the section with our group
Caty, Tara, Miranda, and I had to go find a seat somewhere else and ended up on the back row of another section
We left to go get something to eat, but the line was too long so we went back in the arena and the woman said to go the other way from our seats and there was an open section and we got front row seats
Later, another woman came over to us and asked if we wanted to be on CNN and we sad YES so she took us to a section right behind Obama
We were very close to him and it was an amazing experience

Today, we went to a castle and to a village
The castle was high up on a mountain and it was pretty scary driving around sharp turns in a big bus
When we got to the top it was freezing
We had to stand outside for a long time listening to a tour guide, but it wasn't that boring
I was hoping it was going to be warmer inside the castle, but it wasn't
We walked all arouind the huge castle and my feet were very numb
After the tour of the castle, we went to the village Kaysersberg
We walked around for a while and then we went to meet the mayor but he wasn't able to come meet us so we had to stand in a room and they gave us food
We drove back to Strasbourg and I fell asleep on the bus
When we arrived, we were video taped for OBAMA
I felt like a star

Today was fun
We went to the school and sat in a classroom for two hours and talked to French students
Everyone had a choice between rock climbing, volleyball, and ping-pong
When we got to school we could only choose either volleyball or rock climbing so I went with Flore to rock climb
Rock climbing was really fun
We ate lunch at the school and then Courtney, Miranda, and Ihad to watch Wanda, Flore, Marie, and Marin do a presentation for religion
After they finished, we all went shopping
I didn't buy anything, but it was fun

Today was fun, sad, and confusing
We went to STRUTHOF Concentration Camp and saw a lot of interesting things
Most of the information was written in German or French so we couldn't really read it
When we saw the end of the concentration camp it was pretty much all in English
It was very sad and we saw how many people died
People were creamated and whipped to death
There were some rooms where the people had to crouch down and sit there until they died
It was very intresting but also very sad
After the concentration camp, we had a reception at the school
Today was a good day

Today we visited the school St Ettiene and we went on a tour
The school was very old and big
When we were finished touring the school, we went on a boat tour of Strasbourg
We saw so much stuff and I got a lot of pictures
We had lunch at the school and it was pretty good
After lunch, we went on a tour of the cathedral
It was big and it was very beautiful, it had stained glass windows everywhere and it had a huge clock that did alot of different things
Flore took me to the park and some other people went as well
At the park there was a zoo and there were some pretty neat animals there
Tomorrow, we will go to the concentration camp

Hey everybody
Today, Courtney, Flore's mom, and I went on a bike ride together around Strasbourg
We saw a bridge turning around to let a boat by and we saw an old man playing music on another bridge
Flore and I went in the center of Strausburg to hang out with some other americans
For dinner we made crêpes
They were delicious
Flore got me an I LOVE STRASBOURG t-shirt
I love Flore's family
